It's all metal, a bit heavier but cuts well. This one is only suitable for lefthanded use.
 
 
Tip: Use your scissors only for fabric, if you cut paper with it it will get blunt sooner. Are your fabric scissors blunt? Buy a new one and use the old als paper scissors.
